Information you choose to provide
KFE Digital Studio may collect information you submit through quote, project-intake, or chat experiences, including your name, email address, organization, selected service, project details, budget range, timeline, and other information you choose to include. The public inquiry forms do not request a phone number.
How inquiry information is used
Inquiry information is used to understand your request, prepare scope or pricing information, communicate about a potential project, and provide requested services. KFE does not sell or rent inquiry information to advertisers.
Browser storage
The quote and detailed project-intake experiences may use browser local storage or session storage to preserve draft information, restore form progress, or hand information between KFE website experiences. Drafts remain in the browser until they are cleared, submitted successfully, or removed through browser settings.
Infrastructure and service providers
KFE uses Cloudflare infrastructure to host and protect the website. When production inquiry delivery is enabled, KFE may use Supabase to store inquiry records and Resend to send inquiry notifications. Cloudflare Web Analytics may also be enabled to understand aggregate website usage. Each service processes information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Preview and production environments
KFE may operate a preview environment for testing before changes reach the public production domain. Inquiry confirmations are written to state whether production delivery is configured in that environment; a preview reference alone should not be treated as proof that an inquiry was stored or emailed.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, including server-only credentials for inquiry storage and notification services. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, business records, security, or legal obligations. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
